Welcome to our Fitness and Weight Loss Retreat, a welcoming and supportive space designed
specifically for women who are new to exercise or returning after a break.

This retreat offers a holistic approach to fitness and weight loss, combining physical activities, mindful practices, and educational workshops tailored to your needs and concerns. You'll enjoy yoga sessions in the beautiful Italian Garden, Pilates, Nordic walking, guided fitness plans,
and even the invigorating experience of wild swimming in our 25-acre lake.

Saffron is a 700 certified yoga teacher who describes her teaching style as playful, compassionate and accessible. Trying yoga for the first time in Sydney in 1992 she embarked on a long love affair with a physical yoga practice, until she came to teaching later in life after a long period of life stress and illness and out of a desperate need to feel well. Having experienced it first hand Saffron passionately believes in the therapeutic use of all aspects of yoga as a tool for managing dis-ease within the body.

Kate works with individuals to develop physical and mental resilience - helping guests realize their potential, improving energy, body composition, cognitive function and sleep leading to a more fulfilling experience of life. Kate believes what you put in your body has a huge effect on how you feel mentally and physically.

Meet Caroline, the culinary genius behind Orchardleigh Wellness Retreats. With a genuine passion for delicious, nutritious food, Caroline brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
A graduate of the esteemed Ashburton Cookery School, where she graduated with distinction, Caroline combines her culinary skills with her background as a registered nutrition consultant.

Eve Harvey has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in both front-of-house operations and behind-the-scenes coordination, she works closely with chefs to craft bespoke menus tailored to each event. Dedicated to excellence, Eve ensures seamless event execution and will be on hand throughout retreats to guarantee a smooth and memorable experience.

Originally from California, Liz Chandler came to Pilates from a professional contemporary dance background. With a BA in Dance from the University of California (UCLA) she went on to perform professionally with companies in both the US and the UK. Liz has been teaching Pilates for 20 years, having trained with Body Control Pilates, with Suzanne Scott and the Pilates Foundation. Liz has furthered her development over the years and continues to do so with many leaders in the fields of Pilates, fascia, bio-mechanics, anatomy, yoga and somatics in both the UK and US. She also builds on this with her own self study, exploring and researching with in those fields.

Candida Valentino is one of the UK's most experienced pioneers in sacred sound journeys and has been a sacred sound practitioner, leading gong baths, sound journeys and sonic meditations for the past 25 years. Candida has collaborated on many recordings and albums as well as live performances and festivals. The past few years was a blessing to be able to perform and work with the Tashi Lunpho monks in South India.

Qualifying as a personal trainer & Nordic walking instructor in 2007. I set about sharing my passion for outdoor fitness with like minded souls. Launching Eco Fitness shortly after, offering a range of outdoor classes.

A truly divine experience designed to revitalise your body, mind and spirit. Relax as I incorporate deep tissue massage, specially blended aromatherapy oils and heated smooth natural volcanic river stones to give you the best treatment that you deserve, to bring about the best therapeutic results.

Great massage option offering a results driven treatment, that can help recovery from injury or support your training and help safeguard against injuries and wear and tear.
As part of a sports & remedial massage, we may use techniques that work on releasing the fascia, soft tissue release, muscle energy technique, NMT as well as looking at your posture and range of movement in the body to establish the best course of treatment.

Warm River Stone Facial
Pure indulgent luxury of warmed soothing river stones being massaged on the face, shoulders, neck and décolleté. It helps to deeply relax, cleanse and rejuvenate dull tired skin. I will use a luxurious fusion of specialised Eastern massage techniques with highly effective energy work, designed to relax and rejuvenate the muscles of the face, head, neck and shoulders and soothe away stress.
