The classes are held in beautiful, tranquil spaces within Elmhay Park such as our Italian Garden or the bright and airy Orangery overlooking the Walled Garden. These stunning surroundings enhance the yoga experience, allowing you to connect more deeply with nature and your inner self.

Beyond the physical practice, the retreat also emphasizes the holistic aspects of yoga.  

You'll explore pranayama (breath control) techniques and guided meditation sessions, helping to calm the mind, increase mindfulness, and promote inner peace. These practices are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your yoga journey.

Throughout the retreat, you'll have ample free time to explore the Estate's breathtaking landscapes. Accommodations are provided in our charming private cottages, offering a comfortable and restful space for reflection and relaxation. Each cottage is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
